Registration

Each participant is responsible for the full cost of his/her attendance to the Conference, including air tickets, hotel, and registration.

Registration fee is US$250 (payment with NT$7,500 is acceptable but no other currency will be accepted), covering the following events and materials: opening ceremony, keynote speech, concurrent sessions, lunches, coffee break, welcome banquet, conference tour, one hardcopy of the program and proceedings, one USB stick, and one tote bag.

 

How to Register

1. Please register for the conference using the online registration website. Registration will be closed on December 25, 2015.

2. Registration confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided on the registration form.

3. Each attendee must register separately.

4. Method of Payment: credit card. We only accept Visa and MasterCard.

Banquet Dinner

We will have a banquet dinner hosted on April 3, 2016. The only way to guarantee your seat of the banquet dinner is to register online. For additional seats of the banquet dinner, please visit online registration website. The price is US$80 (or NT$2,400) per person.

 

On-Site Registration

This payment method is only for people who are not one of the authors of the accepted papers yet are still interested in attending this conference.
On-site registration will be available during the conference time. We only accept cash for on-site registration payment. We do not accept traveler’s check as well. The registration fee for the conference is US$250 (or NT$7,500), including the cost of the banquet dinner. For banquet dinner only, it is US$80 (or NT$2,400).
